Search Terms
When a name, location, or other detail is typed into a search box supplied by a partner, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Ulster County Inmate Population does not keep its own separate log of those search terms.
Messages
If you send an email or other message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to read, route, and answer it. We do not share message content outside the organization unless a legal requirement makes disclosure necessary.

New York public-record requests made to government agencies are handled under rules such as Public Officers Law Article 6, including FOIL sections 87 and 89, not under this website's privacy notice.
